01General Provisions

346bd (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 346bd website, mobile site and all related services.

These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali, however the Bengali version shall be considered the primary document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali text shall be treated as final.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Accounts of different individuals operated from the same device or IP address may also be treated as multiple accounts.

2.3 — Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a breach of these terms and 346bd reserves the right to close the account. If you need to update your information, please contact support directly.

2.4 — KYC Verification

In the interest of security and to comply with financial transaction regulations, 346bd may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03Account Security and Responsibility

It is solely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If a third party uses your account, you will bear full responsibility for the consequences.

• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

04Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 — Deposit Limits and Methods

346bd accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on account level and method.

4.2 — Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made through verified methods.
• The withdrawal method should ideally match the deposit method.

4.3 — Currency

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

346bd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the total amount of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus turnover is complete.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward the bonus wagering requirement.
• 346bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or family members is prohibited.

5.3 — VIP Program

346bd's VIP Program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides a weekly cashback at a set rate — 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and up to 1.0% at Diamond. The opportunity to advance to a higher level is earned through regular gaming activity.

06Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 — Gaming Technology

All games on the 346bd platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome fully independent and unbiased. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers from accredited studios.

6.2 — Betting Rules

Each game has its own betting limits, which are clearly stated on the game page. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 — Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any gaming outcome, you must notify the support team in writing within 48 hours. An investigation will be conducted based on server logs and game data, and the decision will be considered final.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 346bd platform:

08Account Suspension and Termination

346bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular to cases of terms violations, suspected fraud or legal obligations.

8.2 — Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time through the support team. If active bonus wagering requirements are not fulfilled before the account is closed, the bonus will be cancelled, however the real money balance will be returned.

8.3 — Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive and an administrative fee may apply. Contact support to reactivate an inactive account.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the 346bd platform — logos, trademarks, software, designs, text and graphics — is intellectual property owned by 346bd and its respective licensees. Copying, modifying, distributing or using them for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

All rights related to game content are reserved by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.).

10Limitation of Liability

346bd provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 346bd accepts no liability for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Technical issues with third-party payment providers.

• Issues related to the user's own device or software.
• Personal financial losses arising from gaming.
